Monthly Fitness Membership for women 40-75 yrs of age who want to be stronger, feel better, and have more confidence in their bodies and in themselves.

Cat Corchado, the leader, provides safe and effective workouts that fit your current fitness level and are designed for small spaces. 

She is a certified Pilates instructor who has 37 years of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals.

All fitness levels are supported and modifications are always provided in each workout

*Class will vary times and days. Join as many as you wish.

I love SS Pilates! Cat sets the tone for the class so you can show up as you are without needing to look perfect or "get it right". She guides us through the movements with confidence and a sense of humor and always checks in with us at the beginning of class to see if we're feeling good or nursing an injury. She then manages to meet us where we are that day while still managing to challenge us. I love it when she includes strength training in addition to traditional pilates. I started taking pilates because I have neck and shoulder issues. I was so surprised at the results from the exercises. Cat Corchado was my original instructor and still is. Cat makes exercise fun and knows how to work out all my kinks. Small Space Pilates classes are so great. Cat's classes target different parts of the body each class. Her classes target people over 40 which is great because our bodies tend to slow down some with aging. I am 67 years young and I now have an indention around my waist, the muscles in my stomach area are getting defined which I never thought I would see again!!! We are targeting arms which are by far the weakest and worse looking thing on my body. My underarm waver is disappearing and I am so excited about that. It would go much faster except I started out with like 3 and 5 lbs weights. LOL Ladies it is a game changer to get off the couch and take a 45 minutes class from your home and get that body in shape. It really feels good to see a glimpse of your youth that you never thought you would see again.
