Led by Cat Corchado, a Movement Specialist with over 40 years of experience, you’ll enjoy safe, effective workouts with modifications if needed and crafted for real women in real spaces. No fancy studio required—just you, your energy and a community cheering you on. Each class will work on specific body parts with and without weights.Â
